RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We strive to provide our Users with the best possible shopping & branding experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service department.

• All policies are subject to change without prior notification. Defective product refunds and reprints shall not exceed the amount paid by the User. Determination of defect is at the sole discretion of Exel Print. In most cases, Users will be requested to submit digital photos documenting the product defect and/or ship the defective products back to customer service. Free expedited reprint on any orders lost in transit is limited to orders less than or equal to R5000. Turnaround and shipping for reprint orders will vary depending upon available production capacity and manager's discretion.

• Direct mail services including printing, mailing services, list services and design services are not subject to the foregoing return policies. Refunds or reprint on direct mail orders will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and any refund/reprint shall be determined by Exel Print in its sole discretion. Under absolutely no circumstance will postage be refunded for any reason once it has been physically applied to an item ordered, regardless of if it is yet to be mailed or not.

• Custom Items "Custom Items" are products that include printing on either the item itself or at least one component of the item. We only accept returns of Custom Items if you are not satisfied due to an error that is the Exel Print’s fault.

General

It may take up to a week to carefully check the stock that is returned and once we are satisfied that stock is fit for resale, we will issue the refund.

Stock Items "Stock Items" are products without custom printed graphics or products designed to display custom printed graphics where the graphic can be removed. To be eligible for return the Stock Item must be in new, unused condition, containing all associated bag, parts, and/or accessories.

• Once stock has been collected from/delivered by Exel Print, we have no control over it.

• Therefore, we do not accept responsibility for any damages or shortages not reported within 48 hours.

It may take up to a week to carefully check the stock that is returned and once we are satisfied that stock is fit for resale, we will issue the refund.

• In the case of stock being sent by courier to regions outside of Johannesburg, clients have 72 hours from time of collection by courier, to report missing or damaged items. No claims will be entertained thereafter.

• Once an order for memory sticks has been collected from us, we unfortunately cannot accept a return on it.

• We do not accept returns on discontinued and clearance items.

• We do not accept returns or changes to orders for items that need to be assembled or consolidated.

• We do not Refund Artwork, design, or Layouts.

• Refunds shall be processed within 30 (thirty) days from acceptance of the return of the Goods by Exel Print.

• All refunds will be done via EFT to the relevant Company’s bank account.

• Goods are sold voetstoots with no warranty against patent or latent defects and all other guarantees including common law guarantees are hereby specifically excluded.

• Once stock has been collected from/delivered by Exel Print, we have no control over it. As such we do not accept responsibility for any damages or shortages not reported within 48 hours.

• In the case of stock being sent by courier to regions outside of Johannesburg, clients have 96 hours from time of collection by courier, to report missing or damaged items. No claims will be entertained thereafter.

• Once an order for memory sticks has been collected from us, we unfortunately cannot accept a return on it.

• We do not accept returns on discontinued and clearance items.

• We do not accept returns or changes to orders for items that need to be assembled or consolidated.

• Day 1 of branding is the day after receipt of both artwork approval and payment (COD clients).

• Lead times exclude weekends, South-African public holidays, and Exel Print’s annual shutdown period.

• In terms of public health regulations, identified essential products are prohibited for return or exchange due to strict health controls.
